This property consists of 2.3 acres. Along with the riding ring and turn-out paddocks, there are extensive flower gardens and lawns. All gardens are perennials for very little maintenance. Cherry trees, apple trees, willows, birch and red maples line the long curved driveway. The driveway has two entrances designed as easy access for horse trailers - drive in and out without having to turn around.
This cozy 4-stall barn has a large sink with year-round running water. Electricity connects to heated water buckets as well as electric fencing surrounding the paddocks. Two stalls have individual turn-outs attached to the stalls by sliding doors - great for bad-weather days. Hay loft has the capacity to hold over 400 bales of hay.
