Ok, I got it
1974 Cb750/4 Cafe Racer
The current status of this bike is:

The components of the bike are built onto a standard frame to make sure all the bits are present and sorted. I have the final frame in fabrication/modification stage on a jig with lots of modifications to do with bracing and so that the engine can be stripped in the frame.

I hope to buy a pipe bender within the next 12 months and TIG up a custom cafe racer frame using some nice modern steel tubing. The current frame has lots of triangulated sections to stiffen the bits that I know twist with the worked 836cc motor I have.

I have been attempting to build a fibre glass mould of a cafe racer seat so that it is under the solo seat limit here in Queensland and to meet with a z650 tank that is now installed onto the frame... this has not been that sucessful, I will give this task to my friend Mick who is a guru on these issues (and bikes in particular).

I have not had time to take any pictures of the bike so this will be rectified later.
